How are service fees collected by Purplepass from the event organizer?

USING YOUR OWN MERCHANT ACCOUNT

If you are using your own merchant account, that means sales are going directly to you as they are being made.  This also means that you are collecting the service fee on our behalf. For us to recoup these fees, we will do a billing cycle on Monday for anything sold during the week. 

USING PURPLEPASS' MERCHANT ACCOUNT

When using our in-house merchant account, service fees are collected from the customer or taken out of the face value, depending on your settings.  In turn, you will either receive the full face value of the ticket or the face value minus the fees at the end of the event.
