How to include a message at the end of a purchase (receipt)
If you would like to include a message after the transaction for those who make ticket purchases, you can do this by following these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Edit an existing event or select Create New Event in the top navigation menu
- A pop-up carousel will appear. Select Create One Time Event. NOTE: If you have a current event, hit Edit on that event to get to this same place
- Enter the information for the event until you reach the Additional Options section
- Towards the bottom of the section, check the box titled Include a personalized message on the order receipt
- Enter the message you want to share with customers after they make a purchase. NOTE: This message will be shown on the confirmation page as well as included in the receipt that is emailed to them.
