Marking ticket status as “picked up” at will call
This feature is designed for clients who distribute tickets in advance of the event using pre-printed tickets. If you would like to mark tickets as picked up at will call, follow these steps below:
1. Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
2. Click the Search Orders tab at the top of the dashboard
3. Find the order by using the filters on the right side of the page
- Under the Order Actions column, click the blue Picked up link and click yes when prompted
