Rescheduling or postponing an event
If you want to reschedule or want to proceed with postponing your event, follow the steps below. For instructions on notifying customers of these changes, click here.
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Click My Events at the top navigation bar if not on that page already
- Find the event listed that you want to edit
- Once you locate the event, click the Edit link to the right of the event name
- In the The Basics section, change the Event starts on and Event ends at to the desired time frame
- Click the Update Event button at the top or bottom of the page
