Ticket scanning tips

If you want some tips to make the scanning ticket process easier and more efficient, consider trying the following:

Tip 1: Scan the whole order instead of one ticket at a time to make the process faster. To admit the entire order, scan a ticket and click the green check Mark. Then, click “View Whole Order” and click the order to admit everyone.

Tip 2: To check the status of a ticket, click “Test Mode” located in the options menu. The scanner won’t mark the ticket used but will provide a status.

Tip 3: Charge up all your equipment before an event.

Tip 4: If you keep experiencing trouble, try turning it off and then back on. Only use the scanner or phone if you see 4G or LTE.
