Quick troubleshooting tips for printers and equipment

STEP #1: DO A TEST PRINT
The first step for troubleshooting should be to do a test print. This step will determine if the printer and its components are working—Press “test print” on the Boca. 

STEP #2: TEST THE CONNECTION
Next, test the connection by opening windows, typing something on the notepads, and printing. If it doesn't print, it is a driver issue. 

STEP #2: CHECK THE BOX OFFICE
Go to the box office, finally to print. If it doesn’t print, check out the box office printer settings to ensure the correct ones are selected.
