Viewing charges or invoices for an event

For viewing charges or invoices for an event, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  2. Select Reporting in the top navigation bar
  1. Select Charges/Invoices from the left side of the screen
  1. Click View Invoice to the right of each event
  1. The type of charges for each transaction will appear in the center of the page under Description
