Track specific ticket sales for your event using promo codes

If you want to track specific ticket sales for an event, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  2. Edit an existing event or click on Create New Event in the top navigation menu

  1. When creating your event, scroll down the page until you reach the Ticket Pricing and Options section
  2. Select Add Coupon Code located on the bottom left

This is a green icon for adding coupon codes.
  1. The Create Coupon Code window will open
  2. In the pop-up window, click the box labeled Manually create one code
  1. Enter the code (name) you want to use to track the ticket sales in the box labeled Coupon code
  2. Check the box labeled No discount (Tracking only)
  1. Enter all the appropriate information and then click Save Coupon Code to continue
