We currently do not support partial refunds for assigned seating ticket types. We recommend having the customer place a new order for the correct ticket types. Then, contact your Purplepass client care rep or support@purplepass.com. We will process a full refund, including fees and original order price.

To protect the integrity of the seating assignments, once seats have been sold for an event with assigned seating, the map cannot be changed. If you need to make changes to your seating map template, you can change the seating map by clicking the Venue button for that event.

If you would like to order ticket stock for your assigned seating event, please contact your service representative. If you don’t know who your service rep is, then please contact Support@purplepass.com. They will be able to assist you with any ticket orders for this.

To view all the seating maps available to you, go to “My Venues” at the top menu bar. These are all the maps that you can use for your events. If you don’t see your map on “My Venues” please contact your service rep for assistance.

We will build seating maps at no cost for your venues. All you need to do is send us the seating chart and we will build and add the map to your account typically within 24 hours.  Future updates and modifications to the maps can be done yourself at any time through your own account.

Although you have complete control over the map and can make all modifications yourself, we recommend contacting your service rep. They will be able to adjust the pricing levels.. et them know exactly which seats are what prices. You may submit a picture of the updated pricing levels or list them in an email.

If you wish to change the layout of the map, we recommend you contact your service rep and let them know exactly what you wish to do. They will be able to take care of this for you.
